Terms and Conditions for KEC Sales & Business Development Training Course
1. Introduction: This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for the training course provided by Fight Kitchen Fires, Ltd Co. This course is intended as a guide for business development and sales & marketing strategies in the kitchen exhaust cleaning industry.
2. Nature of the Training:
- The training provided by Fight Kitchen Fires, Ltd Co is a guide and should not be considered as the final authority on any subject matter covered.
- The information provided in the training is based on best practices and industry standards as of the time of creation.
- No monetary promises or guarantees of business success are made in this training program.
3. Limitation of Liability:
- Fight Kitchen Fires, Ltd Co holds no liability for the implementation of the strategies and methods discussed in the training.
- The training is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
- Fight Kitchen Fires, Ltd Co shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the training content.
4. Sales Policy:
- All sales are final. Once a customer has purchased the training, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
5. Money Back Guarantee Conditions:
- A “money back guarantee” is offered under specific conditions. Customers must implement at least two methods from either the Sales & Marketing or Business Development modules of the course.
- Customers wishing to claim the money back guarantee must submit a detailed written report of the methods implemented and their date of execution before the first Monday of the upcoming month.
- Customers must attend TWO (2) 1-hour video meetings within a period of 5 days after submitting written report to discuss approaches and necessary adjustments. The money back guarantee claim can only be considered after these adjustments are completed.
- The guarantee entails providing personal attention to the customer until a 10% increase in social media followers, customers, leads, or combination thereof is achieved, and assisting in creating a plan to recoup the original investment in the course.
- Person making the claim must be person enrolled in the course and must execute instructions as given and within the time frame indicated by the Fight Kitchen Fires, Ltd Co Representative.
- Not eligible with purchase of any bundle.
6. Claim Process:
- To claim the money back guarantee, customers must provide a written explanation and timeline of their implementation strategies and outcomes.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days from the course completion date.
- Fight Kitchen Fires, Ltd Co reserves the right to evaluate the validity of the claim based on the provided documentation and meeting discussions.
7. General Provisions:
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Fight Kitchen Fires, Ltd Co regarding the training course.
- Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties.
- If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect.
By enrolling in and accessing the training course, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
